Violations of this occupancy policy may result in additional charges or immediate removal from the property. Rental rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 adult guests at all times to help cover utility expenses, including water, sewer, and electricity. The same occupancy limits apply to all decks and outdoor areas in accordance with State Fire Marshal regulations.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM out of consideration for other guests and nearby residents. Please keep noise levels respectful during these hours, and loud music is not permitted on the decks or inside the rooms.
Smoking is not allowed on the decks, and drinks should not be placed on the deck railings. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges.
Only non-aggressive, non-barking dogs are permitted. Dogs may not be left unattended in the room if they are disruptive or continuously barking. If excessive barking becomes an ongoing issue, additional charges may apply, and you may be asked to leave the property if the issue is not resolved.
One parking space is included with each suite. Please park thoughtfully and be mindful of other guests’ vehicles sharing the parking area. If you have mopeds, all vehicles must fit within your single assigned parking space.
We apologize for the inconvenience but no charging of E-bikes of any kind are allowed on the property.
