The queen bedroom leads to the hallway where the full bath and coffee station are located. The entrance to the suite is off a private back deck that opens up into to the hallway.  

Main entrance hallway from the back deck that leads to full bathroom on the right, the coffee station and to the left is the queen bedroom entrance. The coffee station features a Keurig machine, various coffees and teas, coffee mugs and wine glasses. Also has a mini fridge and a microwave.

Large full bathroom with stall shower. Tideway hair dryer, vanity mirror, Saltair bath products and bathroom essentials.

Cozy waterfront deck overlooking Water Street and Old Harbor. Perfect place to relax with morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean or sip on afternoon cocktails and watch the sites of town.

Private deck off of the queen bedroom hallway with island views and set back away from it all. A quiet place to enjoy the afternoon sun overlooking the spacious front yard of the historic Payne Cottage.
